8Way Thinking

8Way Thinking is a process that is already being used in schools across the UK and taps into Harvard University’s Professor Howard Gardner’s’ Multiple Intelligence Theory.

This process starts from getting the learners to ask questions – tapping into their natural curiosity and developing a critical, enquiring mind. And because it asks them to look at the world in eight different ways, it means that they can use their personal strengths and expertise in a lesson as well as have the opportunity to stretch their brain by thinking about things in ways they wouldn’t have before.
